SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Plain-English summary:

  • If you give us your mobile number and check the SMS consent box, we may text or leave you a voicemail from JuggleDrive (Digent LLC) only — not from any third party.
  • Messages are about your JuggleDrive account: claim verification, enrollment alerts, support replies, and (only if you opt in to a separate marketing checkbox) occasional product updates.
  • Frequency varies. Most providers get fewer than 10 messages per month.

  • Consent to SMS is not a condition of using JuggleDrive or of purchasing anything.

1. Program Sponsor

This SMS program is operated by Digent LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as JuggleDrive (“Digent,” “JuggleDrive,” “we,” or “us”), St. Johns County, Florida. Messages are sent only on behalf of JuggleDrive itself. We do not lend our toll-free number to third-party senders, advertisers, lead-buyers, or affiliates. This satisfies the FCC's one-to-one consent rule (47 CFR § 64.1200, effective January 27, 2025).

2. Program Description and Message Types

When you provide a mobile number during JuggleDrive provider signup, claim, or account-settings flows and affirmatively check the SMS consent box, you give prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 USC § 227) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FL Stat. § 501.059) to receive the following from JuggleDrive at the number you provide, including by means of an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice where applicable:

  • Account & transactional: claim-verification codes, account-security alerts, password-reset confirmations, two-factor codes.
  • Service notifications: new enrollment requests from parents, payout status from Stripe, schedule conflicts, dispute notices, and other operational events tied to your provider account.
  • Customer-care voicemail callbacks: when you call our toll-free support number (+1-855-687-2314) and leave a message, our team may text or call you back at that number to resolve your support request.
  • Marketing & product updates (separate opt-in only): occasional messages about new JuggleDrive features, tips for getting more enrollments, or service announcements. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in inside your account settings — they are not included in the signup checkbox.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity on JuggleDrive. For most providers we expect fewer than 10 messages per month. Frequency may temporarily increase during onboarding, dispute resolution, or high-enrollment periods (for example, summer-camp signup season).

4. Cost

JuggleDrive does not charge you for SMS or voice messages.Your wireless carrier's standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for plan details. We are not responsible for any charges your carrier imposes on you.

5. STOP / HELP and Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any SMS we send. Within a reasonable time we will send a single opt-out confirmation message and will not send you further SMS unless you re-subscribe. You can also opt out by emailing [email protected] from the email address on your account, or by toggling SMS off in your provider settings.

For help, reply HELP to any SMS or email [email protected]. We will respond with the program sponsor name (JuggleDrive / Digent LLC), the program description, and contact information.

Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of transactional email, of using JuggleDrive, or of any contractual obligation to a studio. It only stops further SMS and voicemail from us.

6. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase or Use

You are not required to consent to SMS or voice messages from us in order to create a JuggleDrive account, list a studio, claim a listing, receive enrollment payments, or use any other feature of the Services. If you do not check the SMS consent box, we will not send you SMS or leave you voicemails. You can still receive all transactional and operational notifications by email.

7. Eligible Phones and Carriers

The program is available on most U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is intended for recipients with a U.S. mobile number. Landlines, VOIP numbers, and international numbers are not supported and may not receive messages.

8. How We Send Messages

SMS and voice messages are delivered through Twilio Inc., our telecommunications service provider, over a verified toll-free number registered to Digent LLC. Twilio acts as our service provider and processes the minimum information needed to deliver each message under a written agreement that restricts use of that information to delivering the messages. 9. Privacy and Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, share, or lease your mobile number or SMS consent to any third party for marketing purposes. We share your mobile number only with Twilio (our telecom carrier) and only to deliver the messages you have opted in to. No mobile-originated opt-in data, including your phone number and consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.

10. Records of Consent

When you affirmatively check the SMS consent box, we record (a) the exact consent text you saw, (b) a version identifier for that text, (c) the timestamp of your consent, (d) your IP address and user-agent, (e) the consent source (signup, settings, etc.), and (f) the mobile number you provided. We retain this record for the life of your account plus four years thereafter (the statute-of-limitations window under the TCPA), unless you ask us to delete your account, in which case we retain only the consent-revocation event needed to honor your opt-out.

11. Changes to This SMS Program

We may change these SMS Terms or modify the program (for example, by changing the toll-free number, adding message types, or adjusting frequency). Material changes will be communicated by email or by a conspicuous in-product notice at least 30 days before the effective date and, where required by law, will require new opt-in consent. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Disputes

These SMS Terms are governed by, and any dispute is subject to, the binding-arbitration clause, class-action waiver, forum-selection clause, limitation of liability, and other provisions in our Terms of Service. The Federal Arbitration Act governs.
