Response time: 1 business day or less. We do not have a phone line — we keep prices low for families by running lean. Email is faster anyway: you get the receipt, we get the context, nothing falls through the cracks.

How do I update my home address?
Sign in and go to Account. Address changes apply immediately to all rankings and drive-time calculations.
Why is a listing's price wrong or missing?
Most of our 150,000+ listings are seeded from public sources. If the studio hasn't claimed their listing yet, the data may be out of date. Use the “Request pricing” button on the activity page — we'll reach out to the studio and update the listing when they reply.
How do refunds and cancellations work?
Cancellation policy is set by each studio (we show their tier on the listing). For refund requests, email us — we route the request to the studio and follow up.
I run a studio. How do I claim my listing?
Find your studio on /explore and click “Is this your studio? Claim it” on the listing. Or start at /provider/signup. Claiming is free; you'll connect Stripe to receive payouts. JuggleDrive takes a flat 10% commission on enrollments routed through us — no setup fee, no monthly subscription.
Where is my data stored? Who has access?
See the full privacy policy. Short version: your home address is used to compute drive times and never sold or shared with third-party advertisers. We don't have advertisers.
I want my listing removed entirely.
Email [email protected] from any address you can verify with the studio (your own published email, your domain, etc.) and we'll de-list within one business day. No questions.
