The legal text below controls.

1. Who We Are

JuggleDrive is operated by Digent LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Digent,” “JuggleDrive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with juggledrive.com, our subdomains, our APIs, and our other interfaces (the “Services”). It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

This Policy applies to personal information we process as a business or controller. When we process personal information on behalf of a studio (for example, a roster a studio uploads to the JuggleDrive portal), we act as a service provider or processor for that studio under our written agreement with the studio.

2. Personal Information We Collect

From you directly:identifiers (name, email, password as a salted hash); household location (home address or ZIP code, metro selection); children's information (the count of children and each child's age rangeonly — never a child's name, school, photograph, telephone number, address, or biometric identifier); studio account information (business name, owner, business email/phone/address, claimed credentials, business website); communications (contact-form submissions, support emails, in-product feedback); payment-routing information (billing name, billing email, billing ZIP code passed through to the processor — never raw card numbers, CVV, or full bank account numbers); marketing-channel preferences (email subscription state; SMS opt-in state and timestamp; recorded consent text).

Collected automatically: device/connection data (IP address, user-agent, OS, browser, device type, screen size, language, time zone, referring URL); usage data (pages visited, search queries, filters applied, listings viewed, drive-time computations requested, click events, errors, performance timing); cookies and similar technologies (strictly necessary session cookies, preference cookies, limited first-party analytics — no third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, cross-context behavioral-advertising trackers, or session-replay tooling); standard server logs.

From third parties: public-business listing data (Google Places / Google Maps API, public web); studio-supplied data; payment-status signals from the processor (last-four card digits, country, fraud signals — never the full card number); delivery and opt-out metadata from email/SMS/voice infrastructure providers (e.g., Twilio Inc.); outputs of AI model providers (e.g., Anthropic, xAI, OpenAI) for enrichment, dispute resolution, and onboarding tasks; standard infrastructure metadata from hosting providers (e.g., Fly.io).

What we do not collect:a child's directly identifying information; Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or similar government identifiers; protected health information (HIPAA); precise real-time geolocation; social-media-graph or contact-list data; raw card numbers, CVV, or bank account numbers.

3. How and Why We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to (a) provide the Services (authentication, search, drive-time and “true cost per hour” outputs, age-appropriate matching, metro routing); (b) facilitate enrollment payments where applicable (pass billing data to the processor, return receipts, reconcile commission, handle refund and chargeback workflow); (c) communicate with you (transactional and service messages by email; marketing email or SMS only with your express opt-in); (d) improve, debug, and secure the Services (error diagnosis, performance, abuse and fraud prevention, rate limiting, investigation of unauthorized access); (e) comply with law (subpoenas, court orders, tax and accounting obligations); (f) enforce our Terms of Service (including investigation of scraping, model-training misuse, account-sharing, and impersonation); and (g) produce aggregated and de-identified analytics that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

AI features. We use third-party AI models to support enrichment of public activity-provider data, internal extraction tasks, and (where applicable) customer-facing features. We do not send a child's directly identifying information to any AI model — there is none in our database to send. Where we send your queries or messages to a model provider, we use providers that contractually agree not to train their models on our customer data. We do not authorize any model provider to use your personal information to train its models on a non-customer basis.

For users in the EEA, UK, or another GDPR-equivalent jurisdiction, our lawful bases are contractual necessity (delivery and payment), consent (marketing), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and legal obligation (tax, lawful requests).

4. How We Share Personal Information

Service providers. We share the minimum necessary information with vendors who process personal information on our behalf, under written contracts that restrict their use to the services they provide to us: hosting and infrastructure (Fly.io); database / persistence (SQLite on a Fly.io persistent volume; standard backups); payment processor (Stripe Connect — Stripe Payments Company / Stripe, Inc.; the studio onboards as a Stripe-connected account and receives funds directly from Stripe; LemonSqueezy retained as a dormant fallback); transactional and (with consent) marketing email; SMS and voice telephony (currently Twilio Inc., over a toll-free number registered to Digent LLC and verified through Twilio Consumer Trust); AI model providers (per Section 3); limited first-party-leaning analytics and error monitoring; mapping and geocoding (Google Maps Platform).

Activity providers. When you enroll a child in an activity, the studio sees the information it needs to deliver the service: the parent's name and email, the child's first name and age range, the enrolled class sessions, and payment confirmation. This information appears on the studio's roster and enrollment dashboard. We do not share your home address, last name of the child, or any child identifier beyond first name and age range with studios.

Legal disclosures. We may disclose personal information to comply with law, binding subpoenas, court orders, or governmental requests; to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or third parties; to enforce our Terms; or to investigate fraud, security incidents, or abuse. Where legally permitted we attempt to give you advance notice.

Corporate transactions. If Digent LLC or substantially all the JuggleDrive assets are sold, merged, reorganized, or financed, personal information may be transferred, subject to confidentiality and to the successor honoring this Policy. We will notify affected users.

What we do not do.We do not sell personal information for money. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we have actual knowledge are under 16, in any case. We do not authorize AI providers to train their models on our customer data.

4A. SMS / Text Messaging and Voicemail

When you affirmatively check the SMS consent box on a JuggleDrive signup, claim, or account-settings page and provide a mobile number, you give prior express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 USC § 227) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FL Stat. § 501.059) to receive SMS text messages and voicemail from JuggleDrive (Digent LLC) onlyat that number, in line with the FCC's one-to-one consent rule (47 CFR § 64.1200, effective January 27, 2025). We do not lend our toll-free number to any third-party sender, lead-buyer, or affiliate.

We do not share, sell, rent, or lease your mobile number, SMS consent, or opt-in data to any third party for marketing purposes. We share your mobile number only with Twilio Inc., our telecommunications service provider, and only to deliver the messages you have opted in to receive. No mobile-originated opt-in information is shared with affiliates for marketing.

We record each consent event verbatim — the exact on-page text, a version identifier for that text, the timestamp, IP address, user-agent, and consent source — so we can prove what you agreed to and when. See our SMS Terms for program detail, message frequency, costs, STOP/HELP handling, and how to opt out. Opting out of SMS does not affect transactional email or your ability to use JuggleDrive.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use only the cookies and storage we need: strictly necessary (session authentication, CSRF, load-balancing); preference (metro, drive-time settings); and limited first-party analytics (page-views, error rates, performance timing). We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, ad-network identifiers, fingerprinting libraries, or cross-context behavioral-advertising trackers. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of any “sale” or “sharing” under California law.

6. Data Retention

Active-account profile data is retained until you delete your account. Account-deletion residue (an audit log of the deletion) is kept 30 days, then permanently deleted. Transaction and billing records (where JuggleDrive facilitated a payment) are kept 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Server access logs: 30 days, rolling. API and search logs: 90 days, rolling. Support and compliance correspondence: 3 years. Marketing-consent records: subscription duration plus 4 years (statute-of-limitations evidence). Aggregated or de-identified analytics may be retained indefinitely. You may request earlier deletion under Section 8.

7. Security

We use TLS 1.2+ in transit, Argon2 or bcrypt password hashing (no plaintext password storage), API-key hashing and least-privilege access, application-layer authorization checks on all multi-tenant data access, standard cloud-provider security at the host level, periodic review of access privileges, and segregation of production and non-production environments. No safeguards are perfect. If you suspect a security incident affecting your account, contact [email protected] immediately. We will notify affected users of any incident as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

Subject to verification of your identity and to limited exceptions permitted by law, you may: access / know what we hold and how we collected and used it; correct inaccurate information; delete your account and personal information; receive a portable copy in a structured format (JSON or CSV); opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” (we do not engage in either; the GPC signal is honored); limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond delivering the Services); opt out of marketing (unsubscribe, reply STOP, or update preferences); not be discriminated against for exercising a right; designate an authorized agent; and appeal a denial.

To exercise a right, email [email protected] with the email address on your account and a clear description of your request. We respond within 45 days (extendable by another 45 where allowed and on notice). We do not charge a fee unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

9. State-Specific Disclosures (CCPA / CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, TDPSA, OCPA, MCDPA, DPDPA, FL, NV, IL)

California (CCPA / CPRA).In the prior 12 months we collected the following categories: identifiers; household location; internet/network activity; geolocation derived from address; commercial information (transaction records for facilitated payments only); inferences (rankings of activities); and a child's age range provided by the parent. Sensitive personal information is not used or disclosed beyond what is permitted under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121(a). We do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have all rights described above. We honor the GPC signal.

Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Indiana, Iowa, and other state comprehensive privacy laws. Residents have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out of targeted advertising and sale (we do not engage in either). Sensitive-data processing requires opt-in consent where the law requires it; we do not process sensitive data outside what is necessary to deliver the Services. Appeal a denial to [email protected].

Florida. Florida residents are covered by the Florida Digital Bill of Rights to the extent applicable. We comply with the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act for any voice or SMS marketing. Nevadaresidents may opt out of any “sale” of “covered information” under Nev. Rev. Stat. § 603A.340 by emailing [email protected] — though we do not sell. Illinois (BIPA): we do not collect biometric identifiers or biometric information.

10. International Users; Data Transfers

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country. We rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where applicable. EEA/UK users have the rights described in Section 8 plus the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority.

11. Children Under 13 (COPPA)

The Services are intended for adult parents and guardians, not for children, and they are not “directed to children” under COPPA (15 U.S.C. § 6501 et seq.). We collect only an age range per child — never a child's name, school, photograph, telephone number, address, or biometric identifier. If we learn we have inadvertently collected directly identifying information from a child under 13, we will delete it. Contact [email protected].

12. Do Not Track

Because there is no industry standard for honoring DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals separately from the controls described above. We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of any “sale” or “sharing.”

13. Changes to This Policy

Material changes will be communicated by email or by a conspicuous in-product notice at least 30 days before the effective date. Non-material changes (clarifying edits, contact-information updates) take effect when posted. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
